Yours Mine & Ours

When Frank Beardsley (Dennis Quaid), a widower with eight children, runs into his high school sweetheart Helen North (Rene Russo), it's as if 30 years never passed! Helen is a widow with 10 kids of her own, including six she and her husband adopted, and feels the old attraction just as much as Frank. So it's no wonder they rush into marriage without telling their kids - true love conquers all, right?

Unfortunately for Frank and Helen, their families don't mesh quite as easily as the newlyweds hoped. They probably should've seen the culture clash coming - the Beardsley children are disciplined. The North children are energetic and vivacious.

With both sets of kids unhappy, the youngsters team up to devise a plan to undermine the marriage. East meets west as the two families find a way to work together - in order to separate!
