James Carlopio has worked on projects for numerous Australian, European and US-based organisations, most recently in the areas of organisational change, strategy design and implementation, the implementation of innovation and new technology, and applying design principles and creativity to strategy design and development. James has worked with organisations such as the United Nations (ACT/EMP) in Geneva and Zurich Switzerland, with Rio Tinto, IBM, Australian Federal Police, Munich Reinsurance, Vodafone, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and Australian Customs Service in Australia, and with General Motors, Ford Motors and over 100 of their first and second tier suppliers in the U.S. James has published over three-dozen articles and five books on various socio-technical issues and has written a regular section for the Australian Financial Review BOSS magazine. He has been a facilitator of short-term meetings and large-scale organisational change, and a speaker at numerous meetings on organisational strategy, cybernetics, human factors/ergonomics, human technology, and organisational behaviour.(BK-9781137325792)
