Prof. dr. Doeke Post was many years working as a general practitioner, worked as a consultant to an insurance fund and from 1992 to 2004 Professor of Social Medicine at the University of Groningen. He has published on a range of medical-ethical themes. In 2009 he published the book- The Third Way an analysis and foresight from fifty years of experience in the healthcare sector.
