He has been writing since he could hold a pencil in his hand, and first had the idea for Brighter Stars nearly a decade before he finally found the courage to write it. A Fort Lauderdale native, he moved to Orlando for a college internship in 2016 and remained in the region for six years. It was here-with the support of his family and friends-that he finally put pen to paper and began the task of creating James Millers world.
